We offer to our institutional clients, which include private and public pension funds, foundations and endowments, insurance companies, central banks and governments worldwide with alternative and fixed income investment vehicles. We manage the assets of our institutional clients pursuant to written investment management agreements or other arrangements, which generally are terminable at any time or upon relatively short notice by either party. In general, our written investment management agreements may not be assigned without the client’s consent. The firm has made tremendous progress in structuring 2 Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) for a government securities fund and a forestry investment fund and we are now intensifying efforts to monetize the SPVs. The SPVs are created by the firm to help our clients achieve their investment objectives that include asset diversification, return on investment (ROI), impact investing, etc.
