Over the past few years, the Risk Advisory Practice of the firm has carried out local and international projects relating to the Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) of banking risks. Not only is the firm operating actively in the local management consulting industry but also operating actively in foreign regional markets with clients in Botswana and Tanzania. Our portfolio of clients include central banks, commercial banks and insurance companies. Recently, the firm provided Risk Management advice, relating to AML/CFT risk assessment, to a central bank in the Sub Saharan Africa region.
